End of Summer Menu - 2015

The long Labor Day weekend represents the emotional end of summer and in our minds, it’s also the symbolic beginning of the Fall Season. As we sit in the back yard enjoying the last days of summer, we review our tasting and testing notes and fine tune the details to our upcoming autumn menu (beginning Oct 3). However, as much as we are looking forward to fall, we can’t help reflecting back on our busy summer here at Underground Dining at Naglee Park and the enjoyment of our friends and guests experienced while dining in our beautiful garden.

Keeping with the tradition of the past and as an official season closing gesture we now post our summer 2015 menu. Notice how we united American and Italian classics and gave them a French twist. In addition, we also decided to bring back some of our past summer favorites but gave them a fresh update.
