Recipes, Cooking Classes and Cookbook from our Arpitane Kitchen in San Jose and in the Swiss Alps.
It is hardly a secret that the Artipane Region claims to be the gastronomic region of the world(Number of michlin stars, famous Chefs – Paul Boucose, Point, Gerda …) of the world. It is equally well known that France lives up to this reputation. However, over the last few years I have had the impression that visitors sometimes have the wrong impression of French cuisine in the sense that many see it as almost synonymous with being fancy. Though haute cuisine can also be memorable, it doesn’t always give an accurate representation of what French people eat day to day.
